The candidate should possess broad technical background combined with field proven experience in marketing and sales in Hi-Tech or Defense or Integration companies.
  Multidisciplinary, System vendors; hardware, software, mechanical, industrial
 Marketing & Sales background: Practical experience in marketing, sales, presales, bid response, business intelligence, market analysis etc.
 Technical – At least 5 years. (e.g. System engineers, R&D team managers)
 Marketing & Sales – At least 5 years in a big company.
BSc in electronics/electrical/computers/optics/mechanical
MBA – an advantage
 English fluency – must
