1. Acceptance of these terms

By registering for, accessing or using a BlaBla4U account, forum, counter or related service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

If you create an account on behalf of a company, organization or another person, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on their behalf.

2. Eligibility and account information

You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise legally authorized to enter into this agreement. Registration details must be accurate, current and complete.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity performed through your account. You must notify BlaBla4U promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Forum owner and administrator responsibility

A forum owner or administrator is responsible for the operation, moderation and lawful use of the forum, including content posted by administrators, moderators, members and visitors.

BlaBla4U provides the technical platform but does not approve, verify or endorse every message, post, file, link or statement published by users.

4. User-generated content

You retain responsibility for content you publish or permit to be published. You confirm that you own the content or have permission to use and publish it.

You grant BlaBla4U the technical rights required to store, process, display, transmit, back up and make the content available as part of operating the service.

5. Prohibited content

You may not use the service to publish or distribute:

• Illegal, fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, harassing or abusive content.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, confidentiality or other rights.
